The renter/user must be at least 18 years old and present valid identification. Those under 18 years of age may ride under the direct supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

The renter/user is PROHIBITED from using the scooters while under the influence of alcohol, and a fine will be applied to customers/users who violate this rule.

The renter/user is PROHIBITED from leaving Playa Nueva Romana facilities with the scooters. This can be tracked via GPS, and a fine will be applied to customers/users who violate this rule.

We as a company and Playa Nueva Romana are not responsible for damages to third parties caused by the renter/user inside or outside Playa Nueva Romana facilities.

The renter must provide a valid credit card as a guarantee for the rental. A deposit will be retained to cover possible damage, theft, and additional charges during the rental, including late fees.

The scooter and all accessories (key, helmet, charger, bags) must be returned in excellent condition. Any damage, negligence, or loss will be the responsibility of the renter/user.

The renter/user is responsible for any traffic violations and any damage caused to the scooter during the rental.

The scooter must not be used for illegal or dangerous activities. It must not be used for competitions, races, performances, or exhibitions.

The renter/rider must immediately report any technical problems or maintenance needs to our staff. Failure to report any technical problems or maintenance needs will result in the renter/rider being responsible for any damages caused by such problems.

The renter/rider must return the scooter after the agreed-upon rental period (i.e., 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 24 hours, etc.). Late fees will apply.

The renter/driver is entitled to a full refund if they cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations must be made to our staff and received within the specified timeframe to receive a refund. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe will be non-refundable and the full cost of the reservation will be charged. By making a reservation, the renter/driver acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy.
